The Clemson Tigers edged the Miami Hurricanes in overtime with a 40-37 win in Miami. In a wild back-and-forth game, senior back C.J. Spiller was a one-man show. Spiller set a school record with 310 all-purpose yards for Clemson. Spiller returned a kickoff for 90 yards to put Clemson up at the half 14-10. Spiller added 81 yards rushing and 104 yard receiving. The kickoff return set a career single season ACC record.
For his great play, C.J. Spiller is awarded the “Legends Nike Game Ball” for the National Offensive Player of the Week.
